They told me it was Doordash’s fault that I hadn’t received my order, which I had placed through the Casey's app. I explained to them that, regardless of whose fault it was, my family and I were still waiting for our dinner, and then I was hung up on. My husband called back and was informed that our pizzas had been thrown in the dumpster, but we could go retrieve them since we would still be charged for the order, including delivery and tip. He drove to the store and was instructed to take the pizzas out of the dumpster. I’m spreading the word to never use Casey's again for pizza, gas, or anything else!

Additionally, the crust was incredibly soggy. This wasn't what I expected from Casey's; their pizza is usually better than this.

However, I'm giving it four stars because they were ready 15 minutes late despite us calling in our order two hours ahead of time. -Dale
