Casey's - Waverly

We ordered delivery this evening. After waiting for over an hour I called the store only to be told that Doordash was responsible for me not receiving my order, which I ordered through the Caseys App. After explaining to the individual that I don’t care if Doordash failed or them, my family and I were still waiting for our dinner I was hung up on. My husband then called back and was told they threw our pizzas in the dumpster and he could come to retrieve them because we would still be charged (including a delivery and tip charge). He then proceeded to drive to the store and was told to get the pizzas out of the dumpster. Spreading the word to never use Casey’s again for pizza, gas or anything in between!

The service was fast, but when my pizza was delivered the toppings slid off to one side like it was carried on its side... and the crust if the pizza was supper soggy. Its isnt what i expected when ordering from Casey's, usually their Pizza is better then this.

We ordered six pizzas from here for my son's baptism gathering. The pizzas were great- plenty of toppings! Four stars due to they were 15 mins late being ready and were called in two hours in advance. -Dale

Even though this Casey’s is older than the other it is still a great Casey’s. The staff are friendly and the store is clean.
