Vickie was a fantastic host, making everything feel personal since we were the only ones there, which we really enjoyed. You must do the cheese paring. Cheeses sourced from around the state, and smartly match with their wines. Sand Hill Plum wine words that normally are not written together. Loved the tartness of this and the Romance Dry Rose. Brad walks you thru the whole pairing. Felt like I was sitting in my living room talking with old friends. Oh, tast the mead. It has a really awesome touch of earthy honey.
