Mistakes with order after order, not one apology given.... read more Absolutely rudest most incompetent staff possible. Never seen such behavior in 60 years on this planet. Mistakes with order after order, not one apology given. One Hispanic gentleman hadn?t received his order and many had passed him, he politely askedfor it, was told too bad, must have given it to someone else. The gentleman quietly insisted on his order and finally the workersees his order off to the side, and instead of handing to him and apologizing, he literally threw at at him. My order wasincomplete just like numerous others were. They forgot the gravy. The Mac n cheese, was beyond old and container only had a tinybit in it, like they hadn?t even bothered to put in correct amount. Place filthy, tables dirty, trash on the floor, even wateron the floor where you walk in. I?ve never left a negative review in my life. But this KFC in Waterville is an absolutedisgrace. Needs to be shut down or get all new management and staffing. Will never go again.

My wife and I stopped over to eat and was mildly disgusted at the trash and dirt all throughout the dining area. We made mention to the folks behind the counter of somecondiments that had been spilled on the floor posing a tripping hazard at the least; no-one took time ro clean up during ourmeal even though they were not at all too busy. Rest room reeked of urine, paper towels all over the floor and the sink lookedlike city hasn't been cleaned in months. I hope this review gets read by the manager and something is done as this, previouslymentioned is a very nice store.

The cars were lined out to the street but the they were moving quickly and I think it was only about ten minutes to order and get food. Chicken sandwiches and fries were fresh and crispy very good. Eight piece chicken on the bone was bad yikes! The coating and skin had slid/fallen off the two breasts (foundfarther down in the bucket). The legs and wings were small and overcooked like jerky sadly, we had to toss them in thegarbage. Thighs were good but where are those famous herbs and spices? However, the guy at the drive through was fantastic super friendly and efficient I hope they treat him right cause he?s got a terrific attitude you rarely see. I gave an extrastar for his service, but that bucket of chicken was a train wreck, and it is Kentucky FRIED CHICKEN, isn?t it?

Unfortunately, when... read more Ordered an 8-piece bucket with 2 large sides of potatoes, 2 large coleslaw, and 4 soft, fluffy biscuits, choosing the extra crispy chicken. Unfortunately, when we got home, the chicken was cold and unappetizing, the corn was old and hard, and the potatoes seemed like leftovers. We're fine with price increases and other changes, but serving old, cold food is unacceptable. I will be reporting this to the Health Department first thing tomorrow morning.

The atmosphere is very kid-friendly and the restaurant is always clean. My son insists on sitting at the large round table beneath the chicken bucket light display every time!
