The food taste was terrible. We did not like the food at all. The menu was deceptive they wrote something else and they had something else. The gravy was same for all the dishes. The gravy taste was absolutely bad. We ordered malai kofta and the kofta was uncooked and we cook taste the besan in it. View all feedback.
Great food always packaged correctly friendly staff
I was excited to eat here but the flavor was lacking and the server seemed bothered.
The food was really good. The presentation was pretty traditional. The restaurant was a little gaudy but clean and traditional. The waitstaff was fast and polite. Vegetarian options: They had cheese based and vegetable only based dishes. It's not my thing, but I did notice them. Parking: They rearranged the downtown parking area to be more appealing to the families of the nearby college and absolutely wrecked the parking situation and functionality of the road. There used to be way more parking and less congestion. So much for improvements....
Hands down, the absolute BEST food. So yummy!! I got the vegetarian Bombay Masala that is so crazy good. And the Aloo Naan is delicious ! I am not local but if I was, I would come here every week. If you are in downtown Waterville, do not miss out!
We love Jewel of India! We try to get takeout once a week from them because it's just that good! Always fresh and tasty, and the lady behind the counter is always nice! You can tell she does it all alone! Running the place, taking orders, serving customers and making drinks ALONE! Can't wait for my weekly curry tonight!
