I visited the restaurant and the owner insisted that a week-old package was still safe to eat, but it was as hard as a rock. The bagel was just as bad. They have a clearly stated policy, yet they seem unconcerned and distant with their customers. They really need to improve!

We really missed it during the COVID shutdown. We often bring our granddaughter, and she's always welcomed warmly, just like any other child who visits. Jackie, Regan, and the entire team are truly wonderful!

The service is excellent as well. I live in Falmouth, so it's quite a drive to Fairfield; otherwise, I would go there much more often. It's the kind of diner where I genuinely feel at home. I enjoy striking up conversations with the people sitting next to me at the bar or at nearby tables. The customers are just as friendly as the staff!
