The sandwich was nothing out of the ordinary by comparison. The kid taking my order was abrupt and not at all friendly, not to say “rude”. Serving your products in a cardboard box is a waste, plain and simple!! Wrap them in paper and reduce waste! Improve service and product quality. View all feedback.
Placed an order online. Went to pick it up. They locked the doors before close and when I called was told I wasn't able to get a refund because there was no manager in. I would give this a negative stars if it was an option.
A coworker and I stopped in for some late dinner, and the store all of a sudden got really busy. The two younger gentlemen working were very polite and very quick and efficient with getting our food orders correct and out. Love Firehouse Subs.
Really enjoyed the pulled pork and slaw sandwich. Very tasteful and filling.
