Worst experience ever in kw! I got the wrong items for two orders in a week. The owner was nicer than the guy who took our order; and she promised to replace the wrong item with a new dish. BUT, you know what, they messed up the order again; and we got a wrong replacement again. ;( We were completely speechless. This is very bad esp. it is a take-out only. Just imagine when you are at home and ready to have some food, then find out you got the wrong items. oh my...
"Chefs special"...let down. I've never had a pad Thai that was made with a sweet and sour sauce! It was awful, there was no spice whatsoever and no peanuts or lemon which I think is typical for a pad Thai. Will not have this dish again, but may give it one more chance and try the sesame chicken lunch.
