I ordered a breakfast wrap, hash browns, and a Baileys coffee. The hash browns were cold and dry, the wrap was drenched in a strange orange sauce, and the egg looked gray. The coffee was extremely watered down, and I certainly didn't expect it to make me feel unwell. I ended up throwing the entire meal away.

I went back to have it corrected, and the woman taking orders at the drive-thru, Skyler, rudely informed me that they couldn't add more sugar, but would give me another one instead. I couldn't believe customers have to waste fuel driving back to the store when the order is wrong. When I tried to explain the situation, she handed me the coffee and curtly wished me a good day, despite the fact that it still had too much sugar. Such disappointing service.

However, I’ve encountered issues with the supervisors here who adjust my orders, resulting in extra charges for items like sauce on my breakfast sandwich. I’ve spoken with managers at two other Tim Hortons locations in town, and both confirmed that there is no additional charge for adding sauce. In my most recent visit to this location, the cashier charged me accurately, but a supervisor intervened, adding a $1 charge for dipping sauce and then argued with me until I left. After this experience, I've decided that I won't be returning to this Tim Hortons again, as these issues seem to be a recurring problem.
