- There was no decaf at this place. - Customer service was OK, but the attendant could more friendly for sure

Cozy, relaxed atmosphere, great selection of specialty coffees. Staff are so nice and friendly and always provide excellent service. Highly recommend.

We always try to get into a Second Cup when we can, breakfast is good and the coffee is second to none.

The coffee is not great and the service is very slow. They should consider hiring more baristas to prevent customers from waiting 15 minutes for a latte.

I am a frequent visitor to this restaurant, often coming in almost daily or every other day.
