The Keg Steakhouse & Bar - Waterloo

My husband made a reservation for my birthday, and the manager was able to get the table that was requested.Our server Nicole was extremely pleasant and friendly. She went above and beyond to meet our needs, I havefood allergies. The manager (chefs )came and introduced himself and acomanaded my food allergies. Amazing dinner, as usual. I've never had a bad meal here, Fantastic service, food came very fast and was cooked absolutely perfectly.

Have not been to the Keg in a while. Had a gift card and decided to go for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised that they were having their lobster summer features. We ordered the New York strip loin and lobster tails for two. The dishes came with a Caesar salad, mushrooms, garlic, mashed potatoes, and seasonal veggies. The lobster tails were a great size and cooked to perfection. The steak was also cooked perfectly. The portions were fantastic. It's probably the best lobster tail we've had in a long time. Everything was reasonably priced and we added some unique drinks to our dinner as well. Overall, it was a great experience and we can't wait to go back again soon.

Love the service and the extras such as the potato and the dessert. We both found the prime rib completely tasteless! Have been going once a year for our anniversary, and this was a big shock. Talked to a guy at work who said his wife had prime rib last week and it was also very bland. What has happened to Keg prime rib??

I recently had the pleasure of being served by the best waitress I've encountered in a long time. Logan, hats off to you! She greeted us with a smile and we shared a chuckle over a first date couple. The dining experience was top-notch, with delicious food and attentive employees who knew their job inside and out. The steak was exceptional, possibly the best in the region.
