Was CY Siu at Pizza Junction a mag?
Located inside st jacobs diner area you can surely expect a line up here. Delicious pizza, generous size and also reasonably priced. They keep making fresh pizzas because they sell out quickly by the slice. Worth having here simple yet good ingredients. Dough is the thin crispy type. Slices range from $5.27 5.85 with whole pizza ordering options too. View all feedback.
What PLEX Siklos dislikes about Pizza Junction:
Only order the slices, as the whole pizzas are not the same. My large cheese pizza was incredibly flat, almost as if it lacked yeast. If you've had Pizza Junction slices before, you know they are supposed to be thick and fluffy, not flat and chewy like this one was (see photo below for reference). Seriously I'm surprisingly one of the best pizzas I have ever had in Canada. It looks like a deep dish pizza from the 1st glance but the crust is so airy that everything is so fluffy and moist. The toppings are simple but delicious, they only have basically 4 kinds of pizzas which are Canadian, Hawaiian, pepperoni, and veggie. And all are amazing because of that signature crust and base.It gets super busy on Saturdays but definitely worth the wait I was quite blown away and I have had some very good pizzas in my time in Canada.
The crust was fantastic! I loved it. Unfortunately, the pizza slices were cold.
I absolutely love their pizza! The dough and toppings always taste fresh and of high quality. They are consistently good; I've never had a disappointing slice.

Additionally, the staff were a bit rude and inconsistent; some customers were asked for their order number while all I was asked for over the phone was my name. Maybe it was just an off day, but I expected a much better pizza for $38. I won’t be returning, and I recommend you avoid this place too—unless you’re just grabbing a slice that you can see is good. If I could give zero stars, I would!
