Contribute FeedbackCafe 22 is a charming spot with a warm atmosphere, perfect for coffee dates, lunches, or celebrating special occasions. While some guests were disappointed with slow service and lackluster food quality, others raved about the fresh ingredients, delicious treats, and friendly staff. The café's European-inspired décor and unique menu items like the Matcha green tea latte and grilled chicken basil pesto panini were highlights for many. Overall, the cafe offers a cozy and inviting space to enjoy a good meal or simply relax with a hot beverage. Despite some mixed reviews, it seems Cafe 22 has something special to offer for most visitors.
Lovely old school vibe, great coffee and food; the women here are the real stars! We were served very warmly and I’m going to return to this sweet place ?Kid-friendliness: I wish they’d had a high chair for my babe ?
Loved the ambience and the service was really good as well.Tried their grilled chicken basil pesto panini and the uptown panini. Quantity is quit good and they taste good as well.
If you want to go to Paris without leaving Waterloo come to Cafe 22. It’s on King and the cutest cafe in the city. Lots of coffees, teas and pastries. Also sandwiches and soups. All the pastries are real and homemade. Cute French music played while sipping coffee and watching the street.
Daniela is the sweetest. She remembers frequent customers and is so friendly to talk to. She makes all the food in-store, and adds a touch of love to every meal. The cafe is perfect for dates, business meetings, or a gathering with friends. The Chai Latte paired with any sandwich or wrap is my personal recommendation.
Such a pretty, cozy place. If it were up to me, I'd be down here all the time! Everyone's so sweet and the food and drinks are lovely.
