Biancas Pizza - Waterloo

Have yet to visit in person however every time I order, either over the phone or online the service is very user friendly. On the phone they are super polite and helpful. Delivery drivers are always amazing and the food is out of this world! As someone with a bad stomach their food has never disagreed with me, and I've never been disappointed.

Ordered at 8:22 pm received food at 9:57pm, when I called to inquire where our order was the woman said they just got the order at 9:17pm. That is when I called, gave them extra time . She lied consistently to cover her lousy service. ordered on line so have proof of time. Not sure if we will ever bother with this place if they have such horrible employees Delivery driver was the only decent thing that came of this experience

Really good pizza for the prices. Orders are ready really quickly and there’s no hassle l. Great

I phoned twice, the first person said I was close enough delivery would be fine.The second time after we decided what we wanted the woman said we were in Kitchener so it would be 8 dollars more. We are just over 4km away from the pizza place. So I guess I will never know how the pizza is.

I've gone here for basically 5 years. I only get an XL Cheese pizza so my review is limited in application. But I LOVE their pizza. Their price is good, their pizza is amazing, and they are always nice when I come in. Pizza is pretty cheesy so if you don't like that then that's potentially important but I'd still recommend them.Also their dipping sauce hits different
