When our o... read more We tried this place because we've heard some good things about it. The cost was about what we expected, however the food did not live up to the hype. When our order was finally ready, (it was pretty busy) it was wrong. I was given 2 trays with our's andsomeone else's order mixed together. After straightening it out we were all set. I order the regular fries, they were cold, I'mtalking below room temperature! My wife's sweet potato fries were luke warm and soggy. The chicken fingers were a little roughand stringy, and my double burger was just okay. On the plus side the staff was very friendly and courteous. I don't know if itmakes a difference but this was not at a stand alone location, this was located inside of another venue, on a busy Friday night.Well try again at a stand alone location and update the review.

When I tried to return the fries with my receipt, the staff refused to give me fresh ones or refund my money. Terrible experience.

When I asked at the counte... read more We waited 22 minutes just to get a burger and fries. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and rock hard, making them impossible to eat. When I asked at the counter for fresh fries, I was told it wasn’t possible. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just decent fries. The whole experience was really disappointing.
