I chose not to return it to the counter, as I didn't want to disturb the girl who was busy on her phone. This was truly a low point in the world of mall food.

They should have checked t... read more This place is really disappointing. I ordered a broccoli cheddar potato, paid for it, and then found out there was no broccoli in it. They should have checked the order before ringing me up. For almost $8, this is what I received, and to make matters worse, the potato tasted sour. I took one bite and had to throw it away.

They didn’t have any potatoes, which was surprising given that it’s right in the name of the place. They also informed me that coleslaw had been discontinued, even though it’s still listed on the menu. To top it off, when our food arrived, we weren’t given any napkins, which is definitely necessary for burgers and steak subs. I left feeling very disappointed. While the steak sub I ordered was decent, I don't think I’ll be returning.

On the ot... read more The burger really surprised me with its size and flavor; it was quite delicious. The chicken nuggets were acceptable, slightly better than McDonald's. On the other hand, the fries were a letdown—cold and a bit soggy. I was curious as to why the nuggets were hot while the fries weren't. I might think about trying this place again on a day when I'm not in the mood to cook or drive.
