It has been a while since I last visited this restaurant due to the limited menu options I enjoyed. I stopped going there because they were consistently out of items, even before the pandemic. View all feedback.

It has been a while since I last visited this restaurant due to the limited menu options I enjoyed. I stopped going there because they were consistently out of items, even before the pandemic.
It seems like the restaurant never prepares enough food to serve customers, as there always seems to be a wait. It was also somewhat frustrating that they prioritized filling online orders before taking care of customers waiting in line. While I understand the need to fulfill online orders, it would be considerate to prioritize those who are already present in the restaurant.
Serious customer service and no time management. we are already 4 people in front of me who are waiting for their online pickup and instead of trying to get the online orders out of the way, they have just helped the people in the line that order their food in the restaurant. I waited a total of 40 min they finally came up and asked for the name for my order then proceed to tell me that I had to wait 15 minutes, because they had to wait for something. they need to focus on the online orders that are already paid instead of starting one, then a person comes into the door so they put it on to help this person again and again. they worked on an online order for a solid 15-20 min, because they only the people who come to eat in the restaurant.
Pick ups are a nightmare! I stood there for 30 minutes before anyone finally even acknowledged me and asked for the names for my orders, then proceeded to just help the people in line as more just kept coming in. About 10 more minutes go by as more people coming in and get what they want and leave in maybe 5 minutes. Finally there’s nobody in line and they then tell me it will be 15 more minutes before my orders are ready so I obviously just cancel at that point like what are priorities, its not like I’m still picking up for your customers waiting this long for what….?!?!?! If you’d focus on the orders already paid for with people in line, as well as the people not waiting at all in line maybe the day might go a little better. Mind you there were a handful of other people waiting for pick up orders as well.
