Jimmy John's - Waterloo

It's wonderful to see that Jimmy John's is thriving! The food is fresh and served quickly, the interior is spotless, and the staff are rockstars who create a fantastic atmosphere. You really nailed it!

I went through the drive-thru today and wanted to share a compliment. The person who helped me at the window—which I believe was also the one who took my order—was a wonderful guy. In a world that has recently seen its share of unpleasant people, he really stood out. He was very friendly, personable, and seemed genuinely happy. I hope he stays in this job and remains exactly as he is!

Missed part of the order. The did issue a credit to my account. Maybe freaky fast needs to slow down and read.

I can't get enough of their BLTs paired with Barbecue Chips and an Oatmeal Raisin cookie. Whether on white or wheat bread, it's absolutely delicious. The service is quick and friendly too!
