Chick-fil-a - Waterloo

I absolutely love this place! The drive-thru is efficient, even when they’re really busy. The food is always piping hot, the service is excellent, and you won’t find yourself sitting on the side waiting while everyone else gets their orders like at other restaurants. Definitely 5 stars!

I don't often eat at this restaurant, but I pick up several DoorDash orders from there every day. The staff seems fantastic and well-trained. The restaurant is extremely busy, yet they manage everything seamlessly. My DoorDash orders are almost always ready when I arrive, and if not, the wait is usually very brief. The more orders this restaurant processes each hour, the more money I make.

I really like the new ordering system they have for food. I've been there a few times, and the food is consistently good. I do wish they offered onions for the sandwiches, as I enjoy having both onions and pickles on all my sandwiches. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality of food you receive. A young man assisted me with their app, and over my two visits, I managed to accumulate quite a few points. Generally, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, there have been a couple of times when I tried to get my drink refilled and it seemed they didn't notice me trying to get their attention.

Incredibly fast drive through with helpful, kind workers with experience. I got a Cobb salad and waffle fries and ordered and had my food in less than five minutes. It was delicious and so fast even though it was during their lunch rush!

It was delicious. I think all fast food personnel should go through Chick.fil.a training. They are always polite, friendly and have the best interaction with their customers.
