The best in the county! You won’t get food this good, with all fresh ingredients anywhere around. Great food, great people, great atmosphere! Recently had the Detroit style as a weekend special. It was so good! Thick, chewy crust and crunchy, cheesy edges. Apparently it is going to be on the new menu rollout soon and I am stoked! If you’re not a fan of Neapolitan style pizza, check out their new Detroit style. So good!

Running some Friday night errands and stopped by to enjoy some pizza. Atmosphere, appetizers, service, and the pizza were all delicious. I love supporting small businesses and we will be returning to Basal soon. Great Eats!

Hands down the best pizza I have ever had. The cheese bread isike no other. The pizza sauce is absolutely delicious. Tastes like the tomatoes were right from the garden. Crust was perfectly cooked. Absolutely amazing!!!!!

Basil Pizza was a nice addition to our pizza offerings in the area. The location might scare some patrons away but they probably prefer Pizza Hut or Little Caesar?s to grace their Iowa Corn Fed pallets. Basil hasn?t changed much over the yearswhich is both good and bad. Some menu favorites have disappeared. The beer selection is ok but lacks creativity. Theirsourdough pizza creations remain delicious and now includes their take on Detroit style which I?ll have to try again but it waspretty good the first time. If you find yourself in downtown Loo? Basil Pizza is worth a stop. Enjoy!
