Went there for Sunday bottomless food brunch. Service was slow on bringing more food and servers would routinely forget whatever requests you made. The food itself was fantastic, but I don’t think it was worth the $30 price point for “all you can eat.” I would just order a regular item off the menu and be perfectly happy. Other than that, great ambience, and great food. Just be careful with the “bottomless” food opti... View all feedback.
What რუსუდანი შავაძე doesn't like about Tico:
the food was not too bad, but there are unconsistencies with each dish. the vegetarian section has a variety, but no outstanding dishes. as a little underwhelming as her crispy cauliflower was not very crispy and the vegetable dumpling tastes more like a battery as small as this. View all feedback.
Fun place in D.C to brunch! I came here on a visit from Houston and I was not disappointed. We did the all you can eat brunch bottomless mimosas margaritas. It was definitely worth every penny! The vibes are amazing! 10/10 would recommend!
Tico is a Latin American and sushi spot. The tacos we got (confit brisket, grilled shrimp and crispy fish) were good and the sushi (candy cane roll) was also good. But I wouldn’t say anything was especially great food wise. However the ambiance and service was impeccable. I’d go back.
One of my favorite brunch places in DC. My friends and I planned a large bday brunch for our friend and the entire Tico staff were so accommodating. Unlimited food and drink comes out to around $45. A great deal for bottomless everything in the city. The drink menu consists of sparkling wine, mimosa, margaritas, and spicy/ non spicy **** Marys. Do yourself a favor and try all of them. They add a far amount of alcohol. Some of the brunch highlights include the following: confit brisket and green chile hash spicy mac n cheese steamed vegetable dumplings wild mushroom and cheese quesadillas chipotle shredded tacos roasted beets You definitely get a nice variety of brunch menu items. A little bit of carbs, vegetarian and meat dishes. Even with a packed restaurant the servers were great at making sure our table was full of food and drinks. I've dined here in the past for happy hour and so glad I stopped in for brunch. My friends and I really enjoyed our experience here. I'm very excited for Nama 14s new Asian fusion brunch menu. Highly recommend this place for brunch. Great ambiance, food options and a very friendly staff.
IG: @BrwndButter Let's talk about brunch Sundays @tico_dc . You can't beat $29 unlimited food which includes bottomless. Now how great does that get! Our tastebuds definitely enjoyed the food . Spicy Confit Brisket Green Chile Hash 5/5 Wild Mushroom and Cheese Quesadilla 5/5 Patatas Bravas 5/5 French Toast Churros 5/5 Mimosa 5/5 Shredded Chipotle Chicken Tacos 4/5 Mac N' Cheese 1/5
Very cute brunch place! My boyfriend and I got the bottomless brunch and while it is a little expensive you get so much food! You have a time limit of 90 minutes and a menu of 12 options of tapas. They have all kinds of variety of foods. Something for everyone, vegans, vegetarians, gluten free. And it's nice that some dishes that were meant to have meat can easily be subsituted without meat. Your wait staff will ask if you wanted to get 1 of each thing while pacing yourself or you can mix and match with whatever you like. We decided to try everything and pace ourselves and it was all very good! It was nice to try everything at least once. Staff is very friendly and nice atmosphere. The only down side I have is that it gets pretty loud. I felt like I was having to yell at my boyfriend to get him to hear me.
