This is one dining experience you want to AVOID. I could not believe that they did not have anyone to help me select a glass of wine (very overpriced). The food I had got cold waiting for one dish that had to be sent back THREE times. Finally, I just asked for the check. The reservation was lost, the hostess did not honor my request, the food was average and the wait staff could care less. The wait staff was missing for blocks of time. The manager I spoke with said “I wish there was something I could do”. AVOID THIS ONE.

As usual, a fine meal at a first-rate, upscale (yet casual) restaurant. Our server was attentive, but did not hover as we talked business over dinner. I thoroughly enjoyed the fish and chips. I wish I had left room for one of their tasty desserts

Hadn’t been here in a while, was in town with my son and decided to go for Sunday breakfast. I must say, I was very disappointed. Bacon was significantly undercooked and the food options were limited. Why does all of their freshly made bread have dairy?? Come on FF, it’s 2024 please provide dairy free bread options at the very least. I was very underwhelmed with food and service. Too many nice brunch places in DC to settle for subpar, so I will likely not be returning any time soon. Do better FF.

The Waffles are the lightest, fluffiest I’ve ever eaten. Fantastic!

We are from “the South”, so we were very excited to eat here! Coming from a couple who is used to having a “homemade” version of most of these dishes, it was delicious. We highly recommend the Fried Green Tomatoes and the Cornbread skillet!
