The staff at the restaurant did not seem excited to have guests. Despite making a reservation, it took 20 minutes to be served. I used to enjoy this place.

We had a hard time finding this restaurant. Despite being the only customers at the bar, we didn't receive much attention from the staff. The pizza we ordered wasn't very hot, suggesting it had been sitting out for a while before being served to us, which was odd considering there were no other customers at the time. It seems like this place would be more enjoyable when the weather is warmer and people can dine outside. We are willing to give it another chance.

I am located in Denver and when I made a reservation for a Saturday night, I was mistakenly booked at a restaurant in Washington D.C. instead of Denver. I have been using this app for over a year to make reservations in my area without any issues. I'm not sure why it directed me to the Washington D.C. location since I have never used Open Table to book there (I haven't been in that area for over 6 years). The restaurant realized the mistake before I did and offered to accommodate us with a table, despite being fully booked. It was a bit frustrating as the app is supposed to simplify the reservation process.

This restaurant was hard to find. While my friend and I were the only people in the bar, we didn't get a ton service. The pizza didn't come out super hot, which means that it was sitting for a while before it was brought to us, which was strange as we were the only people in the restaurant at that time. This place seems to be a better place when the weather is warmed up and people can sit outside. I want to try again.
