For those looking for a creative and unique dining experience, Pro:Conosci is the place to be. With innovative dishes and delicious cocktails, the restaurant provides an unforgettable meal. However, for some diners, the experience was marred by slow service and small portions for the price. Despite this, the tasting menus offer a variety of options, with both fish and seafood options standing out. Overall, Pro:Conosci is a top choice for those willing to spend a bit more for a memorable meal.
It was another excellent experience with the tasting menu. Personally we did not wish the 13 items selection, but you do not leave the feeling hungry even with the 5 items selection of the menu. it was another opportunity to learn more about the will.
We were not ready to make a sit down tasting menu. I think it should be clearer on the website, what kind of food it is and how long it will take. the whole event lasted almost three hours and we had not expected it at all.
Pro: conosci has a beautiful decor and the dishes are very creatiw designed and the cocktails are absolutely delish and innovatiw. con: we went for restaurant week and perhaps the themes that I mentioned would not be the case at another time, although the restaurant was not overcrowded. first, it was explained that it is a tasting menu of 4, 8 and ? courses and you have to choose how many courses you want, but no menu is delivered. we asked what was going on in these. the waiter obviously didn't tell us. I insisted that he tells us what was in the 4 cursor menu before we ordered it. He finally got that, maybe we could have ordered the 8 curs if he was ready to describe him, but that didn't happen. only after we ordered was a paper menu that was then produced for supplements if we were hungry. the first two courses of the tasting menu were nice, but essentially the same (raw fish) during the meal was not offered a brot. when the bill finally came, we were charged for an additional cocktail that was removed after the note. it is too bad that this beautiful and innovative restaurant could not make its restaurant dining experience more pleasant and less of a wrangle with the waiting staff.
We were unprepared for the sit-down tasting menu experience. I believe the restaurant's website should provide more information on the type of food and expected duration. The entire meal took nearly three hours, which caught us off guard.
Conosci restaurant has a stunning decor and offers very creative dishes with innovative cocktails. However, during our visit for restaurant week, there were some issues. The tasting menu options of 4, 8, or more courses are not clearly explained, and no menu is provided. The waiter was not helpful in describing the courses until we insisted. The lack of bread and repetitive dishes were disappointing. Additionally, we were charged for an extra cocktail that was removed only after we pointed it out. It is unfortunate that such a beautiful and innovative restaurant struggles with service and communication with their customers.
