What User doesn't like about Shake Shack:
The Shack Burger was delicious and very fresh. However, the service for our order was subpar. The cashier was preoccupied with counting her drawer repeatedly and took a long time to acknowledge us. Although I understand the necessity of balancing the drawer, the wait was disheartening. The restaurant itself was clean and the staff were friendly. Uber service takes forever. My order was being prepped for over an hour. All three orders of fries were *not* in the bag. The two burgers (one veggie one beef) were smushed together in one carton. This is the second and final time. Honestly just don’t deliver to my area if it can’t be done right.
Restaurant has a lot of staff working but the are not capable of making orders quicky to keep costumers happy. They do not care about customer service...They have no sense of urgency and delivery drivers waiting as well for a long time (over 30 minutes on a order). SMH. Horrible Place
We did a pickup order thru the shake shack app. Burgers, fries, shakes, and drinks.The process was pretty smooth and easy.The food was great, but when I got back to my hotel; there was no straws, no napkins, no ketchup. The bag was sealed shut with a sticker when I picked it up so it was impossible to see what was in the bag without testing of the seal.Good food, disappointing experience.
20 minutes ago I ordered a large vanilla milkshake and nothing yet. At least 10-15 people also sit to wait. it is difficult to imagine not to prioritize in the position to make a milkshake over full food order. people behind the counter could take care less. the type that gives out the food at least tries hard. update, look at the picture to see the milkshake that I was left waiting after 25 minutes.
In town for the Ashe show at the 9:30 Club (amazing concert by the way) Shake Shack is close to the Viceroy hotel and double cheeseburgers ? sounded good. Strawberry ? milkshake was perfect.
