Seated 30 minutes after our reservation, not fast service despite it being a fixed price menu, and the food was good not great, definitely not worth the full amount

The cookie was relatively dry, and the black pudding was undercooked.

The cocktails were the star for my evening. parsnip suppe was delicious and surprisingly filled. the catfish sandwich fell flat but was not particularly pleasant in taste or texture. they love the ambiente, so will definitely return to give the dinner menu another try.

This beautiful space feels like it’s still trying to get its bearings after COVID closures. On the positive side, our selections from the limited menu were very tasty though the “large” plates were not. Looking at the online menus now it seems as though we were given a noon menu at 8:30 pm, which may account for the portion sizes. Cocktails were good but a little steep. Staff was friendly but a bit befuddled and under-attentive. Hopefully they’ll find their vibe again as it’s a great neighborhood spot

Food was good, but not great. Pimiento cheese was spicy and well done. Beets were fine but not special. Rabbit was very tasty, but kind of chewy. Likewise, the chicken was quite flavorful.
