We want this restaurant to succeed but we suggest that there needs to be two improvements. First, the menu needs to be updated frequently. Second, the food needs to be served hot, having the food that lost its desired temperature changed the taste and desirability of the dish. The kitchen was waited for half an hour to eat. the half of the food was too salty.
Great Staff! they were all so nice and helpful. The food was excellent, who would have thought that Mushroom Strudel would be to die for! I would highly recommend this place.
I was pleasantly surprised with every part of dinner at 1861. Creativity, quality, flavor, and service all exceeded my expectations.
Unfortunately this place is no longer on ‘our list’ for dining places in St George. The service has been poor the last 3 times we’ve been in. And when I say bad, I mean it!
