Service communication was good but one was leaning side ways.Kid-friendliness: No kid meal here. But mini donut might work since you sample everything.Parking: No front parking. It is in the back. Can fit a good 9 cars.

Half the ti... read more I should have learned my lesson by now by not going to this location anymore. I only get one thing when I’m there and that is a caramel craze latte. Half the time it’s something completely different once I have driven away. I guess I should take a sip before I leave the premises to make sure. I really don’t understand the issue it’s not like the order was complicated. And either way nothing but young kids working here and they are all miserable. They all have the personality of a cast-iron pan. And I am a very large tipper!

I wanted a large it read medium. I was very polite stating it says medium I want a large and she screamed at me saying it is large and then proceeded to laugh in my face when I got to the window . Your management team needs to teach people how to treat customers and if they dont want to fire them plenty of people do what to and would care about their job . Disgusting!

I understand that it's a challenging job, so I try to be forgiving in that respect. However, the food is consistently undercooked. For instance, the English muffins in the sausage, egg, and cheese English muffin are rarely toasted, if at all. I also ordered a decaf iced coffee, and it tasted like water—again. It seems they don’t make decaf very often, so they don’t put much effort into it. I would appreciate it if they used more ground coffee when preparing it, as some of us can’t always have caffeine. Regarding the donuts at this location, those with filling (like Boston cream or jelly) tend to be under-filled. Despite these issues, I still go there, though not as often as I would if the food and drinks were improved.
