I got a ten... read more Today, I dined in at the warwick location. I was immediately greeted with a smile. The girls in front was able to tell me their best deals they had. I got a tender dinner and WOW, it was amazing. Food service was fast, everything came out very fresh. Icould not of had a better experience! It was a positive work environment where the employees were pleased to assist. Recommend10/10!!!!!

The la... read more Originally I gave them a 5* because piezonis was my boyfriend's favorite place and we didn't know there was one near us. The 1st time ordering was great. The last 3 x was not, with the deliveries. Food was soggy and cold. Kept saying they were on there waybut took over an hour and a half. Last night we ordered at 6 pm and they stated 1 hour. Called at 710 pm And they said anyminute he should be there. By 740pm, they were still stating he should be here any minute. I cancelled order because we wherestarving and asked for a refund. We decided to go to McDonald's down the road. Came home and started eating and the guy shows upat 803pm. Instead of them calling him to let him know we cancelled order. I'm sorry but unfortunately I will never order fromthere again. I'm not into cold and soggy food.

I called at 7:1... read more I?m sorry to say but the service was terrible. We ordered a pizza and some wings at 5:50 pm and were told it would take 45 minutes for delivery. I called at 7:10 pm and was assured that the food would arrive shortly, it never came. It?s 8:10 pm andthey are closed for the evening. No dinner for us tonight. Terrible way to run a business. Update; Well the pizza and wingsfinally came, it is now 8:25 pm. Big surprise everything was ice cold and the driver said they?ve been shorthanded all night.It would?ve been nice to know that when I originally placed the order. Still no way to run a business.
