What Carmen Stewart doesn't like about Clarendon Arms:
dreadful Mother's Day with day experience. wait minutes for drinks order and get food. (crazed at the same time) manager tries to make pitiful excuses for the bad service. will not be visited again. a shame. View all feedback. What Diane Getlevog likes about Clarendon Arms:
Despite this issue with parking, the restaurant itself is a wonderful place to bring family and friends. The food is excellent, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers plenty of choices, including delicious vegetarian dishes that I highly recommend. The restaurant even allows well-behaved dogs, and the outside seating area is lovely.

While the atmosphere remains inviting with a charming outdoor garden and a solid menu offering delicious vegetarian options, some patrons have reported issues with service efficiency, particularly during busy times. There are concerns regarding a new policy requiring customers to settle bills promptly, leading to a perceived decline in service quality. Despite these hiccups, many diners appreciate the generous portions and tasty food, suggesting that with a few adjustments, the establishment could return to its former glory.
The menu was outstanding and the staff was delightful.
