Tried to use the app to get a special offer and couldn't make it work. The lovely barista tried also to make it work and spent a long time trying to help. In th... read more Tried to use the app to get a special offer and couldn't make it work. The lovely barista tried also to make it work and spent a long time trying to help. In the end she honoured the offer and we had two great fro yos. In my opinion the app is very difficult to use with little instructions.
