In my opinion, this is the best cup of coffee you can find on the high street, surpassing boutique shops and other brands. The staff is always polite, friendly, and helpful. I use this cafe regularly. The tea and coffee are always good and it’s a chain so you know what you are going to get. However, the place is filthy and badly in need of refurbishment. Sat opposite the tiny space for dishwashing and it was absolutely full of rubbish bags. Must have been a dozen just piled up. The employees are extremely friendly and accommodating, always wearing a smile. The cafe area is well-maintained and organized. The overall atmosphere of the cafe is cozy and inviting.
The restaurant could improve on its cleanliness. The coffee and staff are great, but the place needs more attention to clearing tables promptly after guests leave.
