In my opinion, this is the best cup of coffee you can find on the high street, surpassing boutique shops and other brands. The staff is always polite, friendly, and helpful. I use this cafe regularly. The tea and coffee are always good and it’s a chain so you know what you are going to get. However, the place is filthy and badly in need of refurbishment. Many seats are sitting on top or in front window, for people looking out on the lively parade. sofas rear for comfortable seating. great coffee and service.
Tried to use the app to get a special offer and couldn't make it work. The lovely barista tried also to make it work and spent a long time trying to help. In the end she honoured the offer and we had two great fro yos. In my opinion the app is very difficult to use with little instructions.

After using the pin pad I had to immediately clean my hands as it was sticky and dirty. Seating is worn, there are small tears in some of it and crumbs and general filth in the seams. It has started to give me the feeling that it is neglected, underfunded and in urgent need of a deep clean and a refurbishment.
