I regret to say that Alfie's has disappointed us once again. Last time we placed an order, it was cancelled because they were unable to process the payment from the website we used, even though the money had already been deducted from our account. The same issue has occurred again. I do not recommend using their services. It would be better to dine elsewhere.

If you’ve got half an hour to waste waiting for the food to be cooked then by all means try it. I don’t know how it can possibly be so slow when you know it’s going to be busier on a Friday evening for example. Is it really that difficult to have some chips cooked ready? I dread to think how long it would take if I ordered more than two items.

Good service good food and good size portions. We use this chippy often and never had a problem would recommend

Shocking customer service , if you can call it that. Ordered @4.30 for 5.30pm delivery. Arrived at 6.30pm. did phone many time in the waiting hour and got hung up on repeatedly.

Awful fish chips. Really greasy. So greasy that the oil leaked out of the fish chips box leaked through to the paper bag. Chips were soggy. Worse fish chips ever, will not return. Customer service not that great long wait when not even that busy
