Kfc - Warsaw
Kfc
Description
Once-popular fast-food staple struggles with cleanliness, inconsistent menu offerings, and frequent order mistakes. Guests report sticky floors, dirty seating, and staff who mishandle requests or appear unaware of menu changes; management seems detached. Food quality is uneven—some find items tasty, others describe greasy, old-oil flavors—and signature dishes like gizzards and livers are no longer available. Busy at times, the restaurant can honor reservations but often misses condiments or delivers wrong or late items, making visits hit-or-miss.

Why would you stop serving gizzards and livers? I've visited Warsaw frequently just to enjoy them at your restaurant because you always had the best. KFC has been known for these dishes throughout my life. I even met the founder when I was a child since my grandmother owned five stores. He would be rolling in his grave if he knew these items were no longer available. I used to tell everyone that they could still find them in Warsaw, and many planned to stop by the next time they visited. Now, I have to tell them to forget it. Whose idea was this? Whoever it was, it certainly wasn’t a good one.
The restaurant is often bustling, and the food is reliably tasty. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed to find that the cole slaw and a few essential condiments were missing from my order. While I didn’t mind waiting 15 minutes for the cookies, it was frustrating to receive an incomplete order. Since I live 25 minutes away, I opted not to call, understanding that mistakes can happen when they’re busy.
The restaurant lacks cleanliness and often gets orders wrong. Instead of fulfilling requests accurately, they tend to offer whatever chicken they have on hand. The staff is unfriendly and untrustworthy, displaying a poor understanding of their menu. The manager appears to be oblivious to the varying quality of the chicken they serve, and fresh options are never available. Overall, the experience is quite disappointing.
The staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is delightful. Kane definitely deserves a raise or a promotion to a managerial role!
I'm usually quite forgiving when it comes to restaurants since I've worked in the food industry and understand how tough and underappreciated it can be. However, this place was just awful. The staff seemed friendly, but my shoes literally stuck to the floor. The entire lobby was incredibly dirty—the windows, doors, seats, and tables were all filthy. I can't even imagine how bad the kitchen must be.
