I believe Jack’s needs to stop their deceptive practices with the drive-thru timing. It seems their main focus is on getting cars through the window quickly to boost their timing stats. Unfortunately, this often results in customers being asked to pull up and wait, which skews the actual wait times. Why does this matter? Because the service inside suffers as a result, with the drive-thru always taking precedence. On the bright side, the food is excellent: 5 out of 5.
