If you can't manag... read more This is why I stopped eating here years ago. They can't even get the basics of order preparation right. The Frisco is supposed to be toasted. If you can't manage that, then don't advertise or sell the product! Does this look toasted to you? It's incompetence at its worst.

They weren 't serving lunch yet so we asked and they said they... read more We stopped there between my son 's two baseball games, and he really wanted some chicken tenders. They weren 't serving lunch yet so we asked and they said they would be @11am and we waited. I went up to order @1105am and they said they still weren 't ready yet because their broiler was broken and needed 15 more minutes. @1120am I went up to order. As I ordered the chicken tenders the manager said oh, I don 't think we have any. They went and checked and indeed they had zero chicken tenders. I told my son and disappointedly he said let 's go somewhere else. Most of the employees seemed aloof and didn 't seem to care about being there but there was one polite guy who was trying to help but everything was stacked against him. He graciously apologized to us as we left the dining room.
