However, I think there should be a manager present on weekends to guide the front counter staff during busy times. The service was disappointing; there were six people in line, and the cashier didn't acknowledge us until there was no other option. This Hardee's has great potential when management hires staff who are eager to work. While the drive-thru was busy, it was moving efficiently, the dining area is where the issues lie. Overall, I ordered takeout.
