The restaurant was busy and after our main course, we were brought the bill rather abruptly. We were still drinking but then the waiter appeared with the card machine, we felt very rushed. We decided to move on as we assumed there was another sitting booked for the table although it was 8pm, so we went across to Starbucks for our dessert and coffee! We passed by 40 minutes later on the way back to our cars and our table was empty! Lost revenue and not a good impression.

When I complained to the staff, they refused to give me a refund and were very rude. I used to love coming here, but now I am very disappointed.
