We had pulled pork, brisket and fried chicken and everyone loved their meals.

Sibby asks how my son does because she hasn't seen him in a few weeks and brings us unsweetened iced tea with a lemon because she knows exactly what we like. Yeah, we're regular guests. This is the lower home town that comes to you in your dreams. Food and people give you the feeling that you are home and there is no place like home. If you haven't been here yet, you refuse to experience the pleasure of living in the small town of USA. Just the best Warrenton has to offer.

Just off Main Street, we checked Yelp before going in and found a good number of positive reviews. Let me add one more. Be prepared for really good barbecue that you can smell a block away. While my wife had a delicious chicken salad, I had the smoked beef brisket sub. Fantastic. Sliced so thin and so tender, I hardly needed a knife. Very generous portions served promptly and friendly. Will revisit next time I'm in the area.
