It was overall ok! Ordered calamari it was good and 1 lb king crab legs boil add sausage it was okay I thought the sauce was salty corn and potatoes where excellent I did like how they precut the crab legs made it much easier to eat.. Was a frequent diner of this facility. Always ordered the king crabs. Prior to this visit, let the server know I was not satisfied, said she was sorry, I paid for the meal w/a written note on receipt…”worst dinner I’ve ever had”, called manager who asked me to come back at which time I would receive a discount. Decided to give them another try. Ordered king crabs again, granddaughter ordered catfish. Server asked me if I knew how much the crab legs cost I told her yes I’ve been here before. ? Maybe she thought I couldn’t afford it, don’t know. Granddaughter and I looked at catfish she ordered and found it wasn’t done, manager explained they cook it for 2 mins and others like it. Took a piece to chef, brought back with piece in his hand, gave it back to granddaughter who he expected to eat it as it! Very unprofessional and unclean! Needless to say she did not eat any of it. If there is a corporate office, I will be in contact with them. Oh, he gave me 10% off this meal to compensate for my prior visit. SMH! Eat there at your own risk!

Servers scamming. We order a beer and a strawberry daiquiri. Took ONE sip of the daiquiri and it was watered down and not sweet at all, No liquor just pink ice, so I asked if I can get something else and return the poor daiquiri. The server Amy AGREED and got me a shark bite. We get the receipt and she charged me for the strawberry daiquiri AND the shark bite. When we confronted Amy she said she couldn 't remove it. And then Ada said no samples when SHE made me a poor drink? Ada insisted she couldn 't remove the drink because I took ONE sip of her nasty drink. The cherry on top was when Ada said that 's how we always make it . Been to crafty crab in Florida and this *same* location and that 's NOT how they make it! Crazy. Why didn 't Amy tell me in advance that she can 't remove the drink and she would charge me full price??? No real manager so no real solution. Never heard of a restaurant not willing to satisfy the customer. Poor service . Please get real bartenders next time. Wouldn 't recommend
Wow!! Me and my family agree that this was the best of all of the crab places we 've eaten at. The food was really fresh and amazing!
