They weren... read more The only downside was that the staff didn’t come across as particularly warm or welcoming, which prevented it from being a full five-star experience. They weren’t rude by any means, but this is fast food, and I’ve encountered high-end coffee shops that have been just as impersonal, only interacting with me to take my money. So, I don’t expect too much friendliness in a rush. However, a touch of warmth from the staff would elevate this small-town coffee shop to the 5-star experience we all seek.
