Terribl... read more Second time I 've had their steak special , giving them the benefit of the doubt the first time. It 's easily the worst steak I 've ever had in my life. Terrible cut and it 's cooked so improperly it 's impossible to describe accurately. Ordered medium rare, got this charred outside, completely raw inside monstrosity. And it was so full of fat and so chewy at the same time. Absolutely disgusting. The sides of the steak special are self serve. They keep the garlic bread in a steaming warming container so it 's nice and soggy. Salad has a whopping 2 options for dressing. I could go on... We used to like coming here for supper because it 's only a 2 minute walk away, but we won 't be returning.

The most rec... read more I hate to say it but Prairie Links is less then mediocre. In the past few months between dinning and taking out the food quality hasn't been great. The most recent which is today) I got take out of a sandwich and side soup that came with a homemade bun. Unfortunately the bun had mould on it, which in return I was unable to finish my meal. Previous times side salads have been wilted and brown, burnt buns on sandwhiches, soups have come out cold and generally the food has been better. I used to love coming to the golf course to eat but I think today that officially ended and I will not be returning anytime soon which saddens me since the options to eat out are already slim.

The Thursday night steak special is amazing—you can't go wrong with a $15 steak and a lovely view. The only improvement I could suggest is a slightly better selection of wines.
