The person who takes the drive-thru orders is consistently very rude and unfriendly. I believe he may be the manager, which is quite disappointing. However, the food is always good.
We experienced wonderful and prompt service during our visit. The food was the freshest KFC my family and I have ever tasted, and everything went smoothly. The staff were kind and very helpful. Thank you!
