I ordered an 8-piece chicken meal along with mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits. The chicken was overcooked and the biscuits were as hard as rocks. I tried calling for help, but there was no answer. I couldn't return the food because I didn't have a car. This location really needs to be shut down. Save your hard-earned money and avoid this place.

When I asked for a refund, the staff said they couldn’t process it. I requested to speak with the manager to resolve the issue. The manager claimed the machine was working despite my explanation that it wasn’t carbonated. Although he acknowledged the issue, he insisted the machine was functional. I suggested putting up an "Out of Order" sign, but he rudely replied that they would just close the lobby instead. An older man thanked me for bringing it up, but the manager snapped at him as well. Overall, the service was unprofessional, and the staff's attitude was disappointing. I would advise avoiding this KFC if you value good service.
