The constan... read more Ware is home to many fantastic restaurants, and the No. 1 Thai Café is definitely one of them! It's quite a small place, with only about ten tables. The constant bustle and the times I've had to miss out due to full bookings indicate just how popular it is. I was thrilled to find six vegetarian dishes on the menu, and I've tried three of them, all of which were excellent. I especially recommend the Preaw Wan Ja—crispy battered vegetables drizzled with sweet and sour sauce. While they don’t serve alcohol, you can bring your own. And the best part? Two starters, two main courses, and two Cokes for just £18.65. Amazing value!
