The only mistake new made was or... read more This place is packed on Sundays but they're quick with turning tables around and getting excellent quality food and drinks out. The only mistake new made was ordering the delicious sounding milkshakes and food, it was too much for us (even the kids meals) and we had to take a whole heap home but honestly that tells you more about the generosity of the Cafe. A local resident recommended we check it out and we'll likely do it again whenever we're in the area.

Went for Father’s Day and we got a table quite quickly (they don’t take... read more We frequent elixir as it’s just one of the best if not THE best in Perth for breakfast. Went for Father’s Day and we got a table quite quickly (they don’t take bookings), it’s always full. A large variety of delights on offer, we have vegan as well as gluten free requirements in our family and they have a good range for all. I had their pancakes which are massive and very tasty Their coffee is good too which is a requirement for a good Brekky. Fresh tasty juices add to the experience. The staff work very hard as does the owner who is on the floor, behind the counter and in the kitchen. I watched the owner wipe down a table and me being a cleanliness nut was impressed as he washes the edges of the table with a clean cloth and didn’t flick crumbs onto the floor. He cleaned the seats and set up the table for the next patron. An example of hard work to his staff and he did it all with a great smile on his face, why wouldn’t he be happy? his customers are as he has a great model of a business. The only downfall is it’s so busy you may have to wait! But it’s worth it!

Coffee was delicious, food was an absolute knock out and you won't need to eat again all day with the generous portion sizes. Easily the friendliest team around too!

I got a take away container so all good. The staff are super friendly and bubbly
