We arrive... read more Husband and I had googled the menu before arriving and I'd already picked out the chicken wings because I needed a little ranch dressing in my life. We arrived about 12:15, we were promptly seated and ordered our drinks immediately with the waitress. Our drinks came quickly and we ordered our lunch straight away. The chicken wings and "ranch dressing" came out and we had a side of chips. It was a very generous serve of chicken wings - must have been 8 or 10 full wings smothered in bourbon sauce. My ranch on the side looked like aioli. It tasted like aioli. I thought maybe this was their idea of ranch (maybe they were clueless as to what ranch should be) but looked around for a staff member to ask, just in case. There wasn't anyone to be seen or wave to. So, I continued on, feeling a bit cheated out of my ranch. No one came to clear our dishes until the manager came out with our mains. I asked him if it was ranch or aioli in the dish and he told me aioli. So I told him the menu says it should come with ranch. Oh, he'd check with the kitchen. Yes, sorry, it should have been ranch. So basically, kitchen got it wrong and so did the manager by not looking at what was on the plate before serving it to us. Mains. My jerk chicken quesadilla was ok but may have benefited from some sour cream and less lime in the avocado. Not a fan. My husband had prawn po'boy, which was supposed to be coleslaw, prawns and hot sauce - yet they forgot the hot sauce, so it was a bland coleslaw and prawns until we asked for the hot sauce - we showed the waitress that it was clearly missing (lack of colour), we weren't trying to be difficult, we just wanted what was advertised! I wouldn't rush back. PS - the menu on zomato is out of date.

Service was great, staf are extremely friendly.
