My wife wanted a ligh... read more My wife and I were attending a school performance at the Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre and decided to have dinner first at Intermezzo. My wife wanted a light meal and loved the Potato and Leek Soup. I opted for the steak and veggies which was absolutely delicious and great value for $30.00. I had paid $38.00 for a star in Melbourne a fortnight ago and Intermezzo's steak was so superior. Service was faultless too. Thanks Joel and staff.

There was... read more Now I don't normally do this but what happened doesn't leave me another option. Came here for dinner with friends and everything started quite nicely. There was life music starting and it was so loud that you couldn't actually communicate. I did ask for the music to be turned down slightly but that was not apparently possible .This led to a situation where people on our table were confused about who had ordered and the waitress had to be called back twice until all 8 orders were taken. All food arrived bar two meals arrived and the music was still extremely loud. Another request by another person actually made them turn it down a little (but enough) to converse. An hour after the other food had arrived a waitress came to inform us that the remaining meals would be served after another big table had theirs. At that moment I decided to call it and leave and told staff. They then tried to rush the meals out which in my case were cold. Complained to the boss Damian today who defended his staff for the stuffed up order process as well as for disregarding a request for slightly quieter music. Appalling customer service and very average cooking.

I bought an older used car from you and drove up from Skåne without having seen the car in person. The condition was exactly as described over the phone. Later, I noticed that the car was missing two interior parts. After a few quick emails, I had the parts mailed to me at home. This is the best service I have ever experienced from a car dealer throughout the entire buying process. A big thank you for the Colt Czt from 2005!
