While on business in Wang I had a couple of meals at this new eatery. The place is very impressive and is as good as any 5 star cafe in Melbourne. What Santiago Konopelski doesn't like about Bertsy & Co:
coffee and scone are not hard to bring together. coffee came in order. then it started waiting for the scones. coffee just stopped to cancel sense, hey presto it comes. ask the waitress if it was too much to bring together. This restaurant has undergone a name change. They have a variety of options on their menu. The food was scrumptious.
The homemade gluten-free bread at this restaurant is fantastic, with a wide range of gluten-free options available. The staff are very friendly and well-informed about avoiding cross-contamination. Highly recommended.
I ordered the Gluten-Free Chicken Tex Mex with beans and avocado. The service was quick and friendly, and they were knowledgeable about gluten-free options. The food was fresh and delicious. They have a separate area for preparing gluten-free food, separate utensils, and a designated top shelf in the food cabinet.
Great GF options and homemade GF bread. Very knowledgeable about celiac disease and careful with cross contamination. Will be a regular stop between Melbourne and Canberra.
We had a delicious lunch here with loads of GF options available. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about GF menu options and happy to recommend. All meals ordered were absolutely delicious and enjoyed by all of us (group of 4) This cafe was well supported and food appeared to be made on the premise. Highly recommend if you're in the area.
