Subway - Wandong

Traveling all over Melbourne and eating at subways wherever i go i must say wallan subway is very disappointing. I would love for my local subway to be as good as others around. The staff lack in some many ways.i have found in many visits the staff aren't very friendly lack enthusiasm and arnt very helpfull.the staff here need motivation as they lack enthusiasm

Firstly- THE PHOTO ON THE PICTURES IS NOT THE WALLAN SUBWAY. The meat at Wallan subway is not "halal". The service is always spot on. Food is always fresh and tasty. Can get busy during peak times. Always our go-to for takeaway in Wallan.

We have travelled up and down the east coast of Australia and to alice springs and always stop at subway were possible, have to say wallan is the tidiest cleanest freshest amazing subs, this restuarant is always clean everything is fresh as possible, the Staff are the friendliest you will find. OUTSTANDING!

This has become our go-to takeway option for lunch. The service is friendly, they are always quick and the food is fresh. That's about all you can ask from a franchise :)

In the end Subway is Subway and a Sub is a Sub but when you order a twelve inch Sub and the toping finish an inch from each end the 12" Sub is no longer. I have bought this issue up with the staff and the 'Manager' only to be flipped off and treated like an idiot. I understand that Subway's are franchised and it is in the hands of the owner operators to do the right thing, but ... if Subway (Inc) don't police their standards by way of Secret Shoppers, etc. they are supporting no better than the shonks that run this store. Give it a big miss for multiple reasons and head to the Subways down the road. The one in Wallan Shopping centre is just as bad. Lift your game Subway or look forward to a visit from the Authorities over fraudulent marketing.
